  16. Very strange. We've bought quite a bit of stuff from them and to my
  17. knowledge have never had a problem with getting the wrong equipment or the
  18. timeliness of the delivery.

  20. What salespersons were you dealing with and when did this happen? I'm not
  21. sure that we have bought anything from them in the last 6 months or so,
  22. maybe something has changed.
